개인정보 처리방침

오늘교수님어때 (How's My Boss) (이하 "본 앱")는 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 최소한으로 수집·처리하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루는지 투명하게 안내합니다.

1. 수집하지 않는 정보

이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 생년월일 등 실명 식별 정보
주소, GPS 위치 정보
연락처, 사진 라이브러리, 카메라, 마이크
광고 식별자(IDFA), 분석용 사용자 추적 식별자

2. 처리하는 정보

익명 사용자 ID — Firebase Anonymous Auth가 디바이스마다 자동 발급하는 무작위 UID. 사용자가 수동으로 입력하거나 본인 식별에 사용되는 정보가 아닙니다.
사용자가 입력한 무드 기록 — 그룹 ID, 날짜, 시각, 1~7 척도 무드 값. 작성자 식별을 위해 익명 UID와 함께 저장되지만 앱 UI에는 노출되지 않습니다.
그룹 메타데이터 — 그룹 이름, 관찰 대상(@@), 초대 코드, 멤버 목록.
그룹 코멘트 — 사용자가 입력한 텍스트. 익명 UID와 함께 저장되며 작성자 식별 정보는 표시되지 않습니다.
푸시 토큰 (FCM) — 알림 전송을 위한 디바이스 식별자. 사용자가 알림을 거부하면 저장되지 않습니다.
앱 버전 / 디바이스 플랫폼 정보 — 푸시 토큰 메타데이터로 함께 저장 (예: ios, 앱 버전 문자열). 디버깅과 호환성 처리 목적입니다.

3. 정보의 저장 위치

위 정보는 Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Authentication) 인프라에 저장됩니다. 데이터센터는 한국(asia-northeast3)에 위치합니다. Google의 Firebase 개인정보 처리방침: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

4. 데이터 공유

그룹 내 멤버에게만 해당 그룹의 무드 기록과 코멘트가 보입니다.
그룹 외부의 다른 사용자나 제3자에게 데이터가 공유되지 않습니다.
광고 네트워크나 분석 업체에 데이터를 판매·제공하지 않습니다.

5. 보존 기간

무드 기록 / 코멘트: 그룹이 활성 상태인 동안 보존. 마지막 멤버가 그룹을 떠나면 그룹 데이터는 삭제 대상이 됩니다.
푸시 토큰: 90일 이상 갱신 없으면 자동 삭제 (정기 정리 작업).
익명 사용자 계정: 사용자가 앱을 삭제하면 디바이스 식별이 끊겨 사실상 접근 불가. 명시적 계정 삭제는 현재 v1.0 기준 미지원이며 추후 도입 예정입니다.

6. 사용자 권리

본 앱은 익명 기반이라 통상적인 본인 확인 절차로 데이터 열람·삭제를 처리하기 어렵습니다. 데이터 삭제를 원하시면 본인이 작성한 그룹의 모든 멤버가 그룹을 떠나거나, 지원 이메일로 그룹 ID와 디바이스 정보를 함께 보내주시면 수동 처리합니다.

7. 어린이 프라이버시

본 앱은 13세 미만 어린이를 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며, 어린이로부터 의도적으로 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 부모님이 자녀의 데이터 삭제를 요청하시는 경우 즉시 처리합니다.

8. 변경 사항

본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지의 "최종 업데이트" 일자가 갱신됩니다. 중대한 변경 시 앱 내 공지로 안내합니다.

오늘교수님어때 (How's My Boss) (the "App") collects and processes the minimum personal information possible. This policy describes exactly what the App handles.

1. What we do NOT collect

Real-name identifying information such as name, email, phone number, or date of birth
Address or GPS location
Contacts, photo library, camera, microphone
Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or third-party tracking identifiers

2. What we process

Anonymous user ID — A random UID issued per device by Firebase Anonymous Auth. Not entered by the user and not used to identify the person.
Mood entries you submit — Group ID, date, hour, and 1–7 mood value. Stored with the anonymous UID for authorship but never shown in the UI.
Group metadata — Group name, subject (@@), invite code, member list.
Group comments — The text you enter. Stored with the anonymous UID; no author identifier is displayed.
Push token (FCM) — Device identifier used to deliver notifications. Not stored if you decline notifications.
App version / platform info — Stored as metadata alongside the push token (e.g. ios, app version string) for debugging and compatibility.

3. Where data is stored

The above is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Authentication). The data center is in Korea (asia-northeast3). Google's Firebase privacy policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

4. Data sharing

Mood entries and comments inside a group are visible only to its members.
No data is shared with users outside the group or with third parties.
We do not sell or provide data to ad networks or analytics companies.

5. Retention

Mood entries / comments: kept while the group is active. When the last member leaves, the group's data becomes eligible for deletion.
Push tokens: deleted automatically if not refreshed for 90+ days (scheduled cleanup).
Anonymous user accounts: when the app is uninstalled, the device identification is lost and the account becomes effectively inaccessible. Explicit account deletion is not yet supported in v1.0 and is planned for a future release.

6. Your rights

Because the App is anonymous-only, we cannot perform standard identity verification for data access or deletion requests. To delete data, either have all members leave the group, or email the support address with the group ID and your device info and we'll process it manually.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. If a parent requests deletion of a child's data, we'll process it immediately.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Material changes will be announced inside the app.
